Getting in

OVLP is invite only while we build it. If somebody sent you a link, open it on an iPhone. If nobody did, write to us and say who you would use it with.

I did not get my code

The code arrives by SMS. Check the number, and that it starts with your country code. If nothing comes within a minute, try again — then tell us the number and we will look.

My friend's plan is not showing

A plan is private until its owner shares it — into a group you are both in, or as a link straight to you. Until one of those happens there is nothing to show.

How do I get a place onto my map?

Paste the link into Add a link in your inbox. If you have copied it already, OVLP offers it to you in one tap.

How do I delete my account?

You → the cog → Privacy → Delete account. It removes your profile, your plans, your places and your ideas. Messages you have already sent stay in the other person's thread, in the same way a text does.

Somebody is bothering me

Block them from their profile. They stop seeing your plans, stop appearing on your map and cannot start a thread with you — and they are not told. If it is worse than that, email us and we will act on it.
